Rich-Media-Project.com provides users with a collection of resources, including user forums and accounts, free / pay software and documentation (the "Service").

Rich Media Project does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any content posted on the Forum or any interactive and you acknowledge that any reliance upon such content shall be at your sole risk. Any content placed on the forum by users are the views of the user posting the statement, and do not represent the views of Rich Media Project.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Rich Media Project and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.
No resale of service
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

Rich Media Project reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Pricing and taxes
European country residents will be charged an additional 19.6% of VAT (value added tax).
Product updates
Update to new releases
If you want to upgrade your actual release and get a new license number, feel free to ask us for a complimentary new release if your buying is less than 3 months old. Otherwise get an upgrade with 25% off from the actual price. To benefit from this offer you may send the information regarding your previous transaction at rmp@cyberser.com.
Upgrade from basic to unrestricted
At any time, if you want to upgrade from a basic license to an unrestricted license of the last release, you may just pay the price difference between actual pricing of basic and unrestricted licenses. Privacy Policy
We respect your right to privacy. Rich Media Project collects only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address and billing address. Rich-Media-Project.com does not store your credit card information.
Rich Media Project will not rent or sell your name or personal information without your permission.
Rich Media Project reserves the right to update this privacy policy at anytime. Updates to our privacy policy will be sent to the email address that you have provided us before the changes may effect you.

Rich Media Project grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Javascript Player subject to the restrictions contained herein.
The basic license permits the following uses of SWF files : You may use SWFs containing Javascript Player on a limited number of 4 websites.
The unrestricted license permits the following uses of SWF files : You may use SWFs containing Javascript Player on an unlimited number of websites.
The license DOES NOT permit the following uses of SWF files : SWFs may not be embedded and redistributed as part of a template, content management system, or proprietary software application. SWFs may not be sub-licensed, resold, or distributed online in a downloadable format.
You may not rent, transfer, or grant any rights to Javascript Player contained herein, or any compilation, derivative or collective work containing Javascript Player to any other person or organization without prior written consent of Rich Media Project. Using Javascript Player in a way not covered by this Agreement or that is specifically prohibited, without prior written consent from Rich Media Project, is a violation of Federal copyright law. This license is in full force until it is terminated. If you do not comply with the terms and conditions above, the license automatically terminates.
JavaScript Player is copyright Rich Media Project and is protected by France Copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. No title or intellectual property rights in JavaScript PHP FLV Player are transferred to you. Rich Media Project retains all rights not expressly granted by this license.
Javascript Player and files are provided "as is." You agree to hold Rich Media Project harmless for any damages that may occur due to use, or inability to use, software from Rich Media Project.
PHP FLV Streaming Flash components License Agreement
By purchasing PHP FLV Player, PHP FLV Player & Chapters List or PHP FLV Player & Chapters List & Media List ("PHP FLV Streaming Flash component(s)"), You, the purchaser, agree to the following:
Rich Media Project grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PHP FLV Streaming Flash component(s) to the restrictions contained herein.
The basic license permits the following uses of SWF files : You may use SWFs containing PHP FLV Streaming component(s) on a limited number of 4 websites.

The basic license permits the following uses of SWF files : You may use SWFs containing Progressive Download component(s) on a limited number of 4 websites, offline presentations and other multimedia presentations.
The unrestricted license permits the following uses of SWF files : You may use SWFs containing Progressive Download component(s) on an unlimited number of websites, offline presentations and other multimedia presentations.
